Adult Day Services

We provide adult day services for older adults who are unable or uncomfortable staying home alone all day.  These programs incorporate a medical and social model for adult day services, providing safe, caring environments where participants can socialize, participate in therapeutic activities and receive support services and health assessments.  These programs offer families and caregivers a respite for the demands of 24-hour care.

Services and Activities

  • Social and physical activities such as games, cooking, crafts, art, music, story-telling, field trips, etc.
  • Modified exercise programs
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Assessments and individual care planning
  • Health monitoring, nursing services and medication assistance
  • Personal care services
  • Caregiver support

Enrollment Criteria

  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • Ability to participate in a group setting
  • Not harmful to yourself or other
