To enhance the quality of life and promote the independence of older adults, their families and care providers.

For more than 30 years, Gerontology Network has been providing a variety of services to meet the ever-changing needs of individuals as they age at home, so they can live how they want, where they want.

Our wide range of services for older adults, families, caregivers and professionals include:

• Information and Resources for all of your questions are available in our Outreach and Assistance program
• Personal Care and Adult Day Services at CareTree Adult Day Health Services locations
• Older adult volunteer opportunities, provide older adults the opportunity to provide services for children and teens, young adults and older adults
• Home Safety and In-Home technology products including Philips Lifeline personal emergency response service (PERS) and Medication Dispensers through Life Connections
• Case Management Services help form a personalized treatment plan to enhance mental and physical health
• Outpatient Counseling helps families and clients understand and deal with substance use and abuse issues
• Education and Training programs provide aging-related classes and information
